With all the rip offs out there I lucked out choosing this firm. I paid them 3,000 and they had the sale date on my home stopped and had a modification offer from my lender in 3 weeks. I would reccomend them to anyone who could afford there services. What a relief to finally get some help and put this disaster behind me.
