BUYERS BEWARE!!! We placed an order and cancelled it before it even shipped. We were billed twice: once by this company and once by it's associate company. The associate company subsequently credited their charge. However, I've been unable to get through to anyone by phone at YourUplink.com. In fact their system disconnects me after suggesting other methods of contacting them. I received no response to email messages sent to customerservice@youruplink.com. I am unable to load their web page for a live "chat" as their phone system suggests. I've just visited PriceGrabber.com to find others complaining of the same. 2 months is ample time to issue credit for an order that was canceled before it even shipped.
