Pathetic. I ordered a printer and after 2 months they still cannot give me a date when it will be shipped.
The "Customer Service" voicemail box has been full and I cannot leave a message for 6 straight days.
Although requested in writing 11 times now (2 snail mail letters sent) and 28 days I still do not have a refund.
DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
