Inadequate business acumen. Contract is ambiguous and misleading. Make certain you read AND understand the 3-tier commission structure. Commission is paid on a PER ACCOUNT amount,not the TOTAL if you submit more than one account. The difference between
35, 28 or 18% commission.(that is where I got burned out of 7% of my money). He doesn't mention this initially nor is it depicted in the contract!!!!! Promises prompt payment then retains YOUR money 30 additional days AFTER collection. Rude and arrogant. Minimal
response rate, at best.
