I was contacted by this company two days in a row and I thought that they were directly associated with my mortgage company. I was sadly mistaken when my mortgage company called me and informed me that they had never heard of the company and that there were many companies out there trying to scam people into making payments to them while they made an attempt to get my mortgage current. If you are interested in the governments making homes affordable programs, she informed me that there would never be any charges associated with that by any legitimate company. Young and Associates were going to charge me $399.00 per month for 2 months and up to 4 months to bring my mortgage current. All I had to do with my mortgage company when they called me was give them the information of when I had paid last and when I would make the next payment by check information and it was done, no additional fees, no nothing and then I could go to their website and apply for all of the necessary paperwork to apply for a lower interest rate on my loan, like the program was originally intended to "Make Homes More Affordable", not stick additional fees to you like was suggested by Young and Associates. BEWARE and contact your mortgage company before investing any money with any company who is trying to take advantage of you being behind in these trying times of this economy.
