What a waste of time and energy! We were talked into paying 2200$ for a loan modification to help us make are mortgage payment. This company talked us into not paying our mortgage which hurt our credit and we almost lost house. It was a money back guarantee which I still have paper work on but have yet to see the money back and house payment and rate are still the same! Tired to contact company but no numbers have worked. Contacted the BBB and they said that sense this company is not accredited with them they can not help! We put up with them for 10 months before we finally gave up. I'm so upset and have come to the conclusion that at least we didn't lose are house, no thanks to this company who took are 2200 and ran! Would give no stars but cant figure out how!
