I was away on business when my wife informed me that our heater quit working. With a 2 month old in the house, having a working heater has suddenly become very important. I googled for heater repair in Sherman oaks and came across West Coast Chief company. While on the phone with them, I explained the problem and the urgency of my situation. The CSR did not seem to be very concerned but he did assure me that a technician will be out to my house within 2 hours. About 50 minutes later my wife had called me to let me know that the technician was already there working on the heater! Another 40 minutes later our heater was back to normal and warm air was flowing through the house. Thank you Google and a big THANK YOU to West Coast Chief! I could not be happier.
