Worst customer service ever.
3 weeks after my estimate I am $75 dollars poorer and have 3 new scratches on my stove top and nothing is fixed.
But the worst thing is, I had a different company come to my house today and was told the gas line to my oven had been disconnected, which is obviously VERY dangerous. I specifically asked if it was just broken? and was told absolutely not, it had been disconnected. When I had contacted west coast for the 3rd time, and they refused to let me speak to a manager and when I told them that I smelled gas, the woman told to call the gas company.
Another repair company gave me a lower estimate, showed up on time, and had a completely different diagnosis.
I think this company is not only inconsiderate, but quite possibly libel.
Stay away from them.
