I called West Coast on the brink of panic when i found out that my dishwasher was leaking. Their dispatch team was very calm and helped reassure me that i would be in good hands. They promised me a 2 hour time window, which made me MORE THAN HAPPY. To make things even better, the technician arrived 45mins later, repaired the dishwasher in under 30mins, and left me with a bill that put a smile on my face. These guys are wonderful. They are a credit to their profession and i would work with them for all of my repair needs.
