Ordered a washer and dryer on line. The picture shows a washer and a dryer siting on pedestal drawer. Just what I wanted. It shows the picture and the price, seemed reasonable.Clicked on the link that brings up more information. Again same picture, same price, and the add to cart button. I double check to besure that it didn't sya somewhere that he pedestal was not included. On the first display click, nope, on the second click for more info, nope, so I clicked the add to cart. Same deal for the matching Dryer. So 2 weeks later they show up and no pedestals. Called spoke to two different reps that were pleasant but bottom line I needed to click on another additional additional info and buried deep it is declared an option. So why not put it on the first web page and tell me it is option? Why not give me a pop up that states you ordered a washer with an optional pedestal so would you like to purchase this option now? Ahh more sales. Anyhow it is my opinion that this is inviolation of a federal UCC statute on the sale of goods being represented by a picture that the picture implies an expressed warranty and by selling something different they are imbreach of this Commercial Code. Well I am expecting to get a call from the supervisor tomorrow and we shall see what becomes of this. If it gets ugly then I guess 'll have to get the web pages I grabbed and give them to the CA attorne general's office and see what they think about fair advertising practises.
