The worst experience I have ever had. We ordered a refrigerator and paid for "white glove delivery" service to bring it up one flight of stairs into our apartment. I missed three days of work as the delivery guys repeatedly cancelled--not once did they call to say they weren't coming. When they did come, they left it in the lobby of our apartment, where it still sits today, over one week later. We call every day to find out when they are coming back and they say "soon". I asked them to take it back but was told that I'd have to pay a $2000 shipping and restocking fee. They offered us a $75 dollar rebate on the "white glove shipping" (which still has not occurred), which doesn't come close to how much money we've lost in time off work. Avoid this company like the plague--you will lose money.
