On May 25th my wife and I went to Victor Buick/GMC after walking out of a Chevrolet dealership in Riverside. Prior to our arrival I had called and spoke with Lee, who was very helpful and personally went out to check the lot and make sure the truck we were interested in was available. When we arrived we were promptly greeted and introduced to Lee. The owner of the dealership, Mr. Covarrubias, was also there and personally assisted us to find the best truck to suit our needs.
When it came time to negotiate Lee and Mr. Covarrubias made sure that we got the best deal possible and were very up front and honest with everything. We have purchased many new cars and this had to be the easiest, most pleasant time we have ever had, they answered all of our questions and ensured that we were completely satisfied with our truck.
