my name is joeann smith i am a senior and my home was in trouble due to a large number of misfortunes happening in succession. I did not know just where to turn and I had asked a friend who is in the mortgage business to call my lender and see if there was something he could do to help. They would not talk with him. He even submitted the proper papers by fax with my giving him the ok to talk with them. They said they never received the papers. That day in the mail it was like a God send, a postal card from usa mortgage came and my daughter immediately called to find out more about what you did. Before calling she did call the better business bureau and they gave her the heads up about the company. She felt comfortable and she called. The person she got was named Thad. He was a wonderful person with wonderful listening skills. She commenced to explain the whole situation and he reassured her that usa mortgage would be glad to help. He was just so attentitive and understanding. He asked about the lender and she told him it was sps. He again assured us that usa had dealth with them before and they as well knew them. He told us how much it would cost and we agreed. We told him we would not be able to pay it all at once and he said that could be arranged and as soon as the 750.00 was received they (usa) would begin to work. I talked with several other persons in the process of getting the paper work together and again every one of them was excellent in the way they talked and handled their work in such a professional and caring way. They all seemed to empathize with our situation. I really did appreciate that. I then was introduced to Elizabeth and she as Thad went beyond what you would expect. She like Thad again gave me her number and said if I had any questions or concerns to please call anytime. I have made such calls and she has always been there to explain or help me in any way necessary to concluding this agreement. I will never forget how nice you all have been and have made my life easier knowing there are companies with such wonderful people in existence. I will recommend you to anyone I know that has this type of problem. Thank you again for being who you are and having such a wonderful crew. Elizabeth is a special type of person and I want her and Thad to know personally that I really do appreciate them and all they have done. thanks Elizabeth and Thad. Also, the others I did not get to know I thank you as well.
