Do not trust this company at all!!! They are run by a bunch of liars! My husband and I tried to do a loan mod and we were promised by James all matters were taking care of, no such thing! We paid $2500 in 2 payments only to find out they stole our money and bank of America our lender was never contacted!! I called and called no respond. I managed to find info that us mortgage funding And 1st continental mortgage are run by the same people! Owner John incandela used to work for 1st continental mortgage, ran by Luis gendason. So I google for information and couldn't believe what I found out!! Please safe your money from being taken away by these scam artists! You can do loan modification on your own just contact your lender and negotiate on your own. Good Luck!
