Warning! This is one of many companies that are associated with Capistrano Beach Funding. Take a look at Capistrano Beach Funding and US Financial Products ratings of "F" on the Better Business Bureau site.
US Financial Products is just one, of a seemingly endless number of interrelated companies that are constantly popping up and/or disappearing under related names. After being scammed by some of these companies, I finally filed a lawsuit against them when someone called and represented himself as an "attorney" - he was not. I recently tried to return a call from someone from TLP Financial Services - it turns one that this was another unsolicited sales call from of Capistrano Beach Funding/US Financial Products' "companies" (it's impossible to tell which ones still exist and which ones do not, except that they seem to use many of the same phone numbers and/or addresses), in order to determine what address I needed to serve court documents to, I was finally able to speak with "Samantha" (who was reached by calling TLP Financial Services, was connected to US Financial Products) who literally told me to "F off" and slammed the phone down on me.
The name that pops up in relation to the plethora of companies that scam people is Mark Moss who is one of the owners.

Of these, Four of them (US Financial Products, Capistrano Beach Funding Corporation, and US Mortgage Modification) have ratings of F by the Better Business Bureau and the others are not listed. Before you do business with any of these, make sure you look at the BBB reports. Finally, one needs to question why the address listed for this "company" is:

This address is nothing more than a PO Box at the UPS Store in San Clemente.
Most, if not all of the "companies" listed above are currently being investigated by the California Department of Real Estated for ripping off many, many other people. Call the California Department of Real Estate TODAY before you do anything else. You could lose your home if you do business with these people.
