WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - "WE HAVE WIGGLE ROOM ON PRICES" - Kari

I was coerced into looking at this policy (Daniel Johnston) and decided that I did not want this policy. In the pamphlets it states: "Cancellation by Purchaser: Purchaser has the right to cancel the contract at any time. Purchaser may cancel the contract by (l) contacting the Seller or Administrator and informing such party of Purchaser's intent to cancel the Contract. But I was told I now have to have a signed letter to get my money back. They had no problem taking my money in the first place. I can look at a car take it for a ride and don't have to put money down just to do that, but now I can't call and say I want to cancel. I was told by Kari at U.S. direct (888-334-4697) that I am an adult so I wasn't forced, it's all in the sales.... these practices are peremptory and to find out with this insurance you have "wiggle room" for each sales price - unbelievable. I am upset on how this was handled at U.S.Direct / national Sales and I know it won't matter but I will be sure to let as many people as I know not to deal with this company.
