Worst customer service I have had in my 60 years of life

Ordered two cat converters, not only were the reps rude, they wrote that I was nasty so did not call me back as promised. When I finally reached a person (my 7th call) that I could understand, the problem was corrected, so I thought. Then I see another charge for over $700 bucks on my account. When you try to explain it they blame it all on you. Then when all finally agreed upon, they cancel the order because it cannot be shipped to my state. You would think they would have checked that first before charging me twice for a total of over $1499 bucks. Took 5 business days to get it back. I will never deal with these people again. Perhaps if they had English speaking people that you could actually understand and names you could pronounce, it would help. I have never been so unsatisfied with a company in my life!
