Buyer beware

Bought a hood for a BMW X5, the fit was horrible, took pictures, obtained a return authorization, returned hood and they have found every excuse to not issue refund. Their numbers are all routed to off shore call centers, you can not understand anything from there. I have disputed with my credit card company.
