If I could give this company a -5 I would.Never could get the beginning weight and ending weight of my things. The truck I watched them carefully for 9 hours load into a truck was NOT the same truck they delivered my things in at the other end. In transit they raised the price over $2500. Said it weighed more than estimated the first 3 times they looked. When I did get my things they had reversed how everything was loaded damaging things and they made my $3000 refrigerator a paper weight. Told them from the beginning I was on an extremely tight budget and they kept raising the price until I couldn't afford the insurance. I believe this was their end goal.They now only want to pay me $69 for a $3000 refrigerator. I am still dealing with the aftermath of what this company did to me. I am 65, on a fixed income and I believe this was elder abuse in its nastiest form. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR THINGS OR SANITY. Worst people EVER. End the end they Charged me almost $4000 more than was estimated and put me in a financial hardship that I may never be able to recover from. If you have Senior Parents PLEASE guard them from this awful company. Their sister Company is National Van lines and they are who started this with me. Thought they were the ones moving me when a yellow Penske truck showed up. Did not know until I saw the Bill of Lading. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR SENIOR PARENTS MUCH LESS ANYONE OR ANYTHING ELSE. They seem to be very proud of what they did and the underway they did it. Horrible horrible horrible people and company. RUN!!!!!!!
