How does Tracfone have an A+ rating? I have been through the ringer with tracfone for the past 4 weeks and well over 25 hours sitting on hold or waiting for a new code. Finally, today they decide to send me a new phone. I am really not expecting it to show up. Every rep contradicts the information given by the previous rep. Here is the kicker, on Wednesday they deactivated my phone and put "at customers request". The funny thing is, is that at the time of deactivation 5:43 p.m. I had been in surgery for 1/2 hour and still had an hour to go. After constantly being transferred to another department, they finally said that it was fixed and to wait and call the phone within 1 hour. I used my cell phone and yes....it worked..........with a completely different number. After 2 days and 8 hours total on the phone, I got my old number back....but could not make or receive calls. After being disconnected 5 times and speaking with 7 different reps, now they decide to send me a new phone. When I asked for additional minutes for my inconveiniance the rep said that she did not feel it was fair for tracfone. FAIR for Tracfone??? I have been without a phone because tracfone's untrained reps deactivated the wrong phone. Now I am an inconvenience to TRACFONE? This company should be taken out of business. Customer service is absent. No one knows what they are doing there.
