We were also attacked by the creature like sales person mentioned in the other review. We could not understand what he was saying. He had no knowledge of the cars itself or the inventory on the lot. He also tried to make false statements and when caught he got mean spirited. Luckily we were saved by his boss(sales manager) who made rest of the deal very easy for us. He was highly professional and had great knowledge of the cars and inventory. Was very keen on making us happy with our purchse. From him we moved on to the finance person. There was about 1 hour wait to go into finance office because they had a busy day. The finance person complained several times that he was not making any money that day(dont know why that was???, dont really care!!!) and that the dealership was loosing money on the deal.
Two stars really stand for 5 stars for the sales manager and the service department and 0 stars for rest of the bunch we ran into.
