After my local replacement vinyl window dealer gave me the brush-off once they found out I only wanted to buy windows and would be doing my own installation, I discovered The Window Store online when looking for another dealer to buy from. The Window Store carried the exact brand and model of windows I wanted (Milgard Tuscany) and I could obtain a quote directly from their web site. They were wonderful to work with from the very start and had the lowest prices I could find anywhere. After making an initial call to their customer service with some questions I had, afterwords I was able to place my order for 10 replacement vinyl windows completely via email with one of their customer service agents. She was very helpful, responded promptly, was thorough, and verified the smallest details on every window. I was quoted an exact delivery date and was even provided a copy of the actual order The Window Store had placed with the window factory so I could re-verify everything was correct. The windows were delivered on time and were absolutely perfect. I've installed all the windows over several weekends and am thrilled with them. Two thumbs up for The Window Store!
