I have attempted to use this agency twice. The first time, despite almost 4 years of assistant experience supporting a CFO at a large company, their response to me was I did not have enough experience for them to place me.
Two years later, after receiving an MBA, they still cannot place me because my four years of assistant experience was not enough. These people have wasted my friends' time by inviting them over for interviews and then forgetting about them as well as interviewing them only to tell them they have no experience. Experiential information can be gleaned from a resume.
I cannot comment from a company's point of view. I would imagine many top notch candidates that would be suitable for a job are pushed aside for the most irrelevant of reasons. If you are seeking a job go anywhere else. Executive Temps in Los Angeles is an amazing alternative. These people are unprofessional, rude, and bad business people. If you are a company seeking talent know, that as I am now in a place to make decisions, I will NEVER request talent from this company.
