Products are fine however sales practices and ordering accuracy is a problem. In addition refunds are not given as advertised I had an issue with the tour striker product when I tried to return I received less than my full return (30%) due to custom order. However, I never asked for or was billed on a separate line item for custom work. I feel that this is the companies way of making profit on returns as they will resell the returned product and keep the 30% of my order which was $66.98. Be careful again the product is good not a reflection on c Martin the inventor I believe this is a situation where the distributor of the product is unscrupulous and employes unethical business practices to dupe the consumer.
