Warning! This is one of many companies that are associated with Capistrano Beach Funding and the US Financial Products. Take a look at Capistrano Beach Funding and US Financial Products rating of "F" on the Better Business Bureau site.
TLP Financial Services is just one, of a seemingly endless number of interrelated companies that are constantly popping up and/or disappearing under related names. After being scammed by some of these companies, I finally filed a lawsuit against them when someone called and represented himself as an "attorney" - he was not. I recently tried to return a call from someone at TLP Financial Services - it turns one that this was another unsolicited sales call from one of Capistrano Beach Funding/US Financial Products' "companies" (it's impossible to tell which ones still exist and which ones do not, except that they seem to use many of the same phone numbers and/or addresses), in order to determine what address I needed to serve court documents to, I was finally able to speak with "Samantha" (who was reached by calling TLP Financial Services, was connected to US Financial Products) who literally told me to "F off" and slammed the phone down on me.
The mastermind behind these scams appears to be Mark Moss who is one of the owners.

Of these, several of them (Capistrano Beach Funding Corporation, and US Mortgage Modification, and US Financial Products) have ratings of F by the Better Business Bureau and the others are not listed. Before you do business with any of these, make sure you look at the BBB reports. Finally, one needs to question why the address listed for this "company" is:

This address is nothing more than a PO Box at the UPS Store in San Clemente.
In addition it appears as if some/all of the "companies" listed above are currently being investigated by the California Department of Real Estate for ripping off many, many other people. Call the California Department of Real Estate TODAY before you do anything else.
Do NOT do business with these people - you could lose your home!
