We think this is a very trustworthy company. Honest and works hard to assist in all transactions. They try to put deserving people in homes at an affordable price. They help us, the investers, to make a profit from the transactions. they also give away homes to deserving people who otherwise could not, because of hard times, not neccesarily a fault of thier own, could not own a home. We think they are a blessing to any community. We love them. They are a very good company. We are happy to be able to be a part of their business.
