I strongly recommend everyone to read and check this company out before doing business with them or anyone associates with this company. I bought a house with them last year in South Bend, Indiana and these are facts that I found:
1/ SEG sold me the property in the most condemned neighborhood of South Bend (per police information)
2/ Leaking, broker window, rodden wood deck, broken blumping, property tax deliquency.
It cost me extra $5,000 to get everything fix and habitable to rent out. I request refund for Tax Delinquency for almost 3 months but still do not see anything yet. However, SEG promised to pay back.
Well, I read this website before I bought with them, during that time their rating was B. I also read several bad reviews about them but I thought I would give them a second chance. In conclusion, I would not recommend SEG to anyone. I wouldn't give them any star for their services.
