I would give ZERO stars if it were possible!! It took a week of ME calling Stein to find out the diamond I received an order confirmation for (and was charged for on my credit card) had already been sold. No e-mail, no phone call communicating this from their end. I was then offered a lesser-grade diamond for the same price. Seriously? I requested a refund, and was informed it will take 7-10 days to process. Why? It took 5 minutes to charge my card the first time. And I was then informed I would not be charged a restocking fee. I certainly hope not!! I never received anything!!!
