Skeptical at first, but highly recommend now

I was shopping around online for a custom DLC Rolex and came across a few sites that offered them. I am in NY, so I was skeptical doing any of this over the phone with a store in CA since it was a 5 figure purchase, but I called the store and began working
with Chelsea. Chelsea was extremely helpful and patient in answering all of my questions. She was able to get me the exact watch I wanted at a great price. I ordered the watch on a Wednesday and had it in hand the following Friday in less than 10 days. The
watch was perfect, came with authentication papers, and a stamped appraisal from their senior gemologist. I highly recommend Stein Diamonds and Chelsea and plan to do business with them again in the near future.
