Two Stars so you read it

Only two stars so some people will read and not think it is a slam. Order for Christmas on Dec 10 for Christmas as they said they could make it. It did not. It never made it. No order number provided or tracking fee. Called customer service. They states that the back was returned to sender, since they say on their website that it would be sent UPS, but agent said it went UPS. Order was not received back by them, it has been 8 weeks. They will not forward new product, they will not credit it back until they receive it NO MATTER WHAT. they were proud to say they will charge return shipping fee. They were argumentative and I was just surprised to get an agent. This is a Chinese SCAM company. DO not order. I lost $119.00
