I am not surprised to see so many people with the same problem. I ordered the free trial. I live 20 min from this company so when I did not receive the free trial I realized I would have to return the product before it arrived to comply with the return policy.
I called and canceled the order. Received an email confirming the cancellation.
They never returned the 9.95 they promised to return and today they charged my card 99.00 for product never received in spite of cancellation.
Buyer beware! This company is obviously very unethical. Better to stay away. If you want the product, go to Ebay or someplace else and not here.
