Skype has not refunded my money, as requested. Out of five monthly payments, for services NEVER rendered, I got refunded one month and part of a payment from another month. They owe me 18.99 plus 3 months at 2.99 each. Tell me that's not ripping someone off! They literally stole my money.
2 skype tech support emails, both in January and February went un-answered.
I contacted chat support, today, and got some person named Evelyn B. Evelyn and I had a communication gap. I would type what was happening, and she'd type asking me what was going on. It was all canned responses. The technician didn't even read my questions. She instead refused to get me a supervisor for over half an hour. When she finally got one, the supervisor named Sheena R. B. came on and then hung up on me.
I printed the complaint in full. I want someone from their company to see how shitty they treat their customers.
I got completely ripped off. The only # I ever dialled was my OWN. The FCC governs this and I will be filing an additional complaint with them as well if they do not care for my issue within 30 days. I have again emailed tech support.
