I see the other reviews and I havent run into any issues yet. So far skype has worked excellently for me to chat on the phone with my brother who is studying abroad. He doesn't have a local phone where he is so skype has worked out perfectly and been the cheapest. Much better than phonecards. We also have been able to use video to see him and his whole apartment, its pretty cool.
