Review 10/3/2011

I have been a member of Shoedazzle for about a year and a half. When I first joined, shoes were of high quality, original and unique. Over time, the shoes began to look more and more like anything you could find at the mall, and for much cheaper. Then the quality deflated. The past 9 pairs of shoes I have purchased have all broken after one wear (I work in an office where I sit most of the day, so VERY light use). Then, a staffer of Shoedazzle wrote something VERY degrading on their Facebook status on 9/11. I left them a voicemail, asking to be called right away on Monday morning, because after what was said, I no longer wanted to have anything to do with the company, as I could no longer support them. I was told, after not receiving a call, that I was actually left a message. Apparently, even though my phone number was updated in my contact information a month after I joined, and even though I spelled out my number in my voicemail, they claimed to have called my old phone number. Since my only phone is my work phone, and I can only accept incoming calls and cannot dial out, I cannot cancel, because their staff lie. They say they are calling, but ironically "call" an obsolete number. I will never do business with this company again.
