I am extremely pleased as punch with everything I have purchased: be it shoes, purses, dazzle deals! Lindsay in customer service is a rare gem! I too have mine own business and I can appreciate great customer service - I would call her everyday for a dose of her bright, cheerful How may I help you! I have recommended this "store" to all my friends, colleagues and even people who ask where I got my bag! Keep it going!
