I have been with Shoedazzle since 2009. I must say back then it was much better than it is now. For the price it's great... people complain about exclusivity but come on who really cares! I care more of getting quality for the few dollars I have. The shoes I bought then were fantastic. Like any other shoe, regardless of cost, they took time to break in.
The most recent pair I purchased is very high, which I wanted, but they are extremely hard inside; its as if I am walking on wood! I agree with another post that they look extremely cheap online but in person its a different story; at least for the one I recently purchased. They should be made comfortably or sold with some type of insole, without cost to the customer, so I don't have to walk on what feels like wood.
Next issue. Shipping. Use to be great when the basic shipping was with FedEx. It took me TWO weeks to receive shoes only to find them too big. Then another week till the replacement came; after the warehouse received it. However, I was ecstatic to receive the smaller size since it was sold out online. I hope this review does not come across as angry and bitter as the ones below as I have hopes for improvement and will continue to buy shoes from there; as long as I find them appealing. Its important to always read the information the company post to avoid being caught off guard with their membership as they offer options. With these concerns it does not stop me from referring people its still a great company; just needs improvements.
