I have been a member since 2/11. I am very happy with the shoes and the customer service 90% of the time. In my opinion, if you do not live on the West Coast USA it takes forever to get your shoes. Most of the time 7 days for me on the East Coast. To me, this is very slow. I've had other businesses deliver items to me from CA much faster than that. They also state on the site that your order can stay in their system 5 business days before its shipped out which is the case for me. This is poor shipping service. I was very unhappy when a pair of shoes that I waited 2 weeks to get came to me with glue and smudges on them. At 39.95 a pair it does allow Ladies to have a large shoe wardrobe on a budget.
