ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Does anyone in this company know how to run a business. The workers are all rude and disrespectful. Angela flat out told me that they just tell people a date of delivery so they can get them off the phone. How about dealing with a personal phone call while talking to me on the other line. She gave out her address, birthdate and last four number of her social security number. I could hear everything. She was complaining about a direct deposit not being in her account yet. Then she comes back to the phone and says "See we all have problems now and then". I was so shocked! It's a really good thing that I am not the type of person to use what I heard to destroy her financially. But what does that say for the company she works for. How much of our personal information is getting spread through out the world. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They lie, they over charge you, they take your things to another state to store them, which happens to be further away from where I moved. They quote you a price and charge you way more than that when the time comes. Class action lawsuit anyone? I would join it in a heartbeat!!! So has anyone gotten any legal help to stop this company from hurting others? I would be interested in that information. I don't know where to start to get help. If I could rate them a negative rating I would! They don't deserve the 1 star. And yes the BBB says they are still an "F"
