We used Serenity Van Line. The experience we had with this company was horrible.
First. On the day of pick up they had no room in the truck for all of our things, we had to leave things behind. While they where packing things in side the truck Items was being left out side in the rain.
They have not only damaged some of our boxes and broke a few items including a table. They have also LOST or STOLEN some of our other priceless items some of which they where wedding gifts. These items are worth about $2,000.00.
I've send emails with the sticker number and color as requested and the items missing, but no resopnse. I've called many times and no one seems to know anything.
They also refused to take a Cashiers Check upon pick up for the reminder of the balance. We had to give cash this was our last bit of money to last us till the end of the month.
I will find a way to file a complain against this company. I'm not only Angry but the stress this company has put us through is far worse.
I suggest that this company is not used they are Horrible.
