I placed a furniture order on Oct. 8th 2010. The order was originally suppose to ship in 6 weeks. After receiving the run-around week after week I contacted the owner of the company and was told she would refund half the order in a "good faith" gesture with a ship date of four weeks. Two weeks went by and no check. I had finally had enough and requested a full refund and again was told that the check was in the mail. I explained to the owner that I had contacted the BBB and found a F rating along with an explanation. It would seem the company has not renewed their sellers permit and are therefore unable to sell products. After 5 months of this I recently went to my credit card company to file a dispute. It is extremely difficult to speak to a rep. of the company as they never answer their phones or return my calls. Please be an informed consumer and do your homework when ordering from this company.
