Good first impression.
Estimate provided was reasonable & included both tree trimming (1 tree) and sprnkler system maintenance.
Expectation for payment was 1/2 when work began & 1/2 when work was complete.
Tree work was nicely done.
After this point, customer service was bad on sprinkler services. Did not make scheduled appointment times, considering my need to be at home from work. After voice messages were left, not 1 return call. I had to keep calling until someone picked up.
Equipment purchases communicated were false as the lack of same equipment was used as excuse for not coming on certain days.
Their lack of customer service led to a trust factor issue; that is, whether they were even going to return to complete work.
The end result was that I was happy to see them go after they finally completed most work.
