The business is a bunch of crooks, I agreed to 290 a month for payment. I agreed for an outrages amount of monthly fees for 14 months bc I wanted to fix my mistakes. Guess what, after I payed them their 2380 in the first 11 months for the dues I agreed to bc I'm an idiot. Then they completely out of contract added another monthly fee of 38 dollars without my approval. And raised my monthly payment without my authorization. On top of they they added another charge of 8 dollars and change month for an Internet fee for a site I didn't agree to see my statements in which is outrages. My contract states black and white and what I have been charged is nothing near. Also they don't negotiate for the lowest settlement like they say they will. They call you and say is this ok. You wanting to fix your credit asap you will agree if you have the money in the account. They don't do the leg for you in which I've paid them over 3000 dollars to do in a year and a half.
They are not in it to help people, they are in it for their money. Do not do business with this company. I have no written statements for the extra charges and no signatures with me agreeing to the charges.
Best of all I'm not going to have enough to settle all my accounts bc they are taking so much themselves.
Terrible business!!!!!!!
