I notice most comments are the same...received shipments customer did not order, problems with refunds, ignored requests to cancel. My complaints are exactly the same, add the fact that Proactiv is sending me invoices threatening collection over an amount I can prove I do not owe. I also noticed the company responses are the same - we take this seriously, please email customer service. So my question to Proactiv - why doesn't Proactiv simply change their policy so customers receive only what they order? Why does Proactiv have to be one of those many companies I despise that manipulate the public with the fine print? Sad part is, my teenage son liked the product, but because I now deem your company to be untrustworthy, I will never order your product again! I'd rather pay more money to another company who doesn't hang their hat on how many people won't read the fine print.
