Purchased a $900.00 wheel/tire package from this company, via online-internet sale. Listed on website and through contact as an "authentic" particular ,expensive, brand of wheel. Upon arrival found that they were actually Chinese copies and not original. Contact with company about matter found that customer assistance did not answer phone for 40+ rings on 3 occasions.
Finally upon describing problems ,admitted they were not "real" brand of wheels as shown. I demanded they be picked up and returned but company refused , and would only give a partial refund ($120.00)that was a poor offer. After making more calls (at one time phone rang 63 times ,then an answer)and demanding they be picked up again and again, since they were falsely advertised, they would only agree to $300.00 refund.
The brand of wheel immediately disappeared from their website. Also one additonal note the wrong size of lugnuts were sent with my package , so they could not be used.However, they did send a replacement set later on.
Refund was then to be made by 5 days after, but took another contact after that time period, in order to have them "remember" that a refund was due.
I would recommend you do not use this company and find another.
