DO NOT USE POWER TAX RELIEF!!!! They are a total rip off! I gave them $2200, and they did nothing but set up a payment plan...which I could have done for free with the IRS myself. They promised to do an offer in compromise and reduce my $20,000 tax debt to less than $5000, and obviously they failed miserably.
I do hope that an attorney somewhere will pick this company to file a class action law suit and see them get what they deserve for ripping off hard working tax payers in an economy where everyone is struggling.
So now I still owe my entire debt, plus penalties and fees, and am behind $2200 as I took out payday loans to pay these idiots...still haven't been able to catch up!
I feel like such an idiot, and am struggling so much on my own.
Please do not use this company!!
