I give them zero stars. They called our business regarding postal supplies and sending us a $20.00 gift card; the person they spoke to stated we had not placed an order from their company. They shipped a box with a few supplies along with a statement for over $300.00 the next week. I contacted the company three times by phone and fax with no response. When I left a message that I would not send the package back without payment for shipping I heard from them immediately. The lady said that they had contacted someone here and even though they were told we did not place the order they sent it anyway because our person did not tell them NOT to ship it!!!
