I've had some good experiences with Policeauctions.com but I've also had recent experiences involving so-called high end jewelry that haven't appraised out to the MSRP or buy-direct price. I was very surprised at the A+ BBB rating. I'm on disability and resell jewelry to supplement my income. I can resell 2 of the pieces I purchased; another one I'll give to my daughter because it is a pretty piece and I probably paid close to actual retail for it.
Policeauctions.com has a responsibility to its customers to be fraud-free and not deal with dishonest wholesalers, and I hope the BBB can help them resolve their customer issues. Part of this is my fault; I should have done more research on what I was buying but I believed the wholesaler/manufacturer's website which posted the same MSRP.
