Platinum Law Group and Platinum Capital are two different companies. I worked with Platinum Law Group on both my loan modification and debt settlement cases. I tried for over a year and a half with the bank to try and get a modification but with absolutely no success. The first time I tried they said I made too much money the second time they said I didn't make enough. The funny thing is, my income never changed. They either do not have qualified people working there or do not want to grant modifications. After 4 months with Platinum Law group, they were able to work with the bank in getting my interest rate dropped to 2% for 5 years 3% for one year, and 4.5% until my loan was paid off (it was a 30 year loan). They were also able to get my credit card companies to cut my debt by around 82% overall. Once, I was at the brink of having to file bankruptcy and even having no home to live in. Now, I am able to live more comfortably and provide for my family the way that I was able to before the economic crash. Jerry and his team of agents were a god send. My associate Emanuel Jaramillo, though not always the most prompt to return phone calls, did an AMAZING job. It may be that Platinum Law is that good, or that I had my case worked on by their lead negotiator. In any case, It was the most frightening, but most rewarding decision that I ever made to put my family and I's trust into this law firm.
