Terrible! Don’t recommend!

I had a horrible experience with them. Ordered a gem grade necklace, earrings, and a bracelet. Overall pearls looked nice, although not very round as it was described.
I had to reorder the bracelet 3 times because every time they send a wrong size. 5.5,7,7.5 but never 6.5 as I ordered. With each exchange request they attempted to charge extra $30 for resizing, although it was their fault. They also tried to charge extra for shipping (has to be free per their policy). On my last attempt they just simply forgot about it. I contacted them a month later and they had no idea it needed to be resized. 3 months later I finally returned everything back. Still waiting for the refund.
Lack of customer service. No apologies. They acted like it was my fault.
