PayCare Inc. is a fraudulant company. I got notices for 2010 and now out $20,000.00. I am getting with the newspapers and I found someone who says they have a lawyer who is going to file a class action suit and will hopefully prevent the Willsea's from getting their money from the sell of client information to Paychex. These people are garbage and I hope they go to jail for a very long time. They knew exactly what they were doing. If you are a Paychex client now, the more people to leave before July 1, 2011 the Willsea's will not receive the money they are due for the client list. Change your Payroll company as soon as possible. You can email me on this site and I will get you the number for the guy setting up the lawsuit. I am already getting an IRS fraud form filed, and a police report. I hope these people are left with nothing for screwing over people.
